1. Conclusion of the guest accommodation contract:


• The contract is concluded as soon as the holiday apartment has been ordered and confirmed or has already been made available.


2. Arrival and departure:


• On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are available from 3 p.m.


• On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms or apartments by 11 a.m., otherwise a fee of €100.00 will be charged.


3. Service, prices:


• Refunds for services paid for but not used are not possible. In the event of early departure or late arrival, the apartment price is excl. Tourist tax charged.


5. Cancellation by the guest:


• Regardless of the time or reasons for cancellation, there is no right to cancel a booking.

The accommodation ordered and provided by the host must be paid for in accordance with Section 535, Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).


If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total amount will be charged.



6. Travel cancellation insurance:


• To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. With a small contribution, this insurance can save you and us damage and inconvenience. We would be happy to send you forms for the above-mentioned insurance.


7. Property damage:


• The guest must be fully responsible for any damage caused by the guest.
